I am a Food Technology teacher currently teaching senior students and completing ESC407: Classroom Technologies. I am passionate about creating engaging, inclusive learning environments and exploring how digital tools can support students in developing practical skills, confidence, and independence. Through this subject, I am building my understanding of how technology can enhance teaching practices and enrich learning across all contexts.
